Add your New Patients' onto the system
Each time you see a new patient, you (or one of your team members) logs on to www.recordyourresults.com and enters your patient's name, a file number, date of birth and their email. A paper option is available for patients without email.

Just Relax
Sit back and relax. Our system will send your patient a series of questionnaires which will score their 3 main complaints at periodic intervals up to one year. The more diligent you are about entering your new patients, the more valid the data. The system cannot include existing patients unless they present for a new complaint.

From here you can:
See a list
of all your registered patients
See your patient's
most recent assessment of their 3 main complaints
Graph the progress
of their 3 main complaints
See a graph
of each patient's overall percentage improvement.
Sort all your
patients according to their progress
Identify any patients who are
worse or not improving
As the data accumulates you will
be able to see your average results and compare your average
with the averages of practitioners in your peer group (ananymously, of course).
